Just copy the NEW KMA's to your HD.
If B O T H computers have the SAME BookIDs for ALL the KMAs, then copy the SONGS.MDB as well.
If you have DIFFERENT BookIDs, then, after copying the KMAs, REBUILD the DB and ask your partner to PRINT an UPDATE List for your SongBook.
My solution gives an added answer on how you would UPDATE your SongBook.
If you don't know how to determine what a NEW KMA is or if you do not know what and where the Songs.MDB is or is located or if you do not know how to determine if BOTH KMA libraries have the SAME BookIDs...disregard this advice.
