I'm thinking of those customers whose web browsers have download accellerators. We've had many instances where these accellerators corrupted the download, through no fault of the MTU customer.

In 2001, we used this "Portal Delivery" software very effectively. The number of complaints was absolutely minimal compared to what we receive today with our "time slot". To answer your question, no, it cannot be expanded. This is a single shot delivery portal. MTU only needs to provide one download. Users are then responsible to save it on a CDROM, or buy an upgrade to get another download portal.
