Larry,
Are you also using the Demo to test as is Brokevin?
When you installed the demo did you uninstall the previous version you had been using?
Just to clarify, you did do the custom update for Windows and got everything "including the kitchen sink" as Brokevin put it?
I just find it hard to believe that 5 different computers are all having the same exact problem.
