As Dale Douglas stated,
Your drive is the problem. If you are now using Hoster 3.314, and it still does this, your drive will not work no matter what. You will have to replace the drive to fix this.

Thanks for thr responce gentlemen. I will check my hardware and upgrade if its doable and then check into drive problem. thanks a bunch for the info!!
