Christi, please send us a copy of the CDG disc that did not play. Make it very clear which song Tracks did play and did not play. We will evaluate them and see if there is anything wrong.
Karaoke Home Producer's code that writes the .cdg file is the identical code we use in our $12,200-$15,000 Karaoke Pro Workstations. It is in use worldwide to create master CDG songs and discs. We have never had a CDG player reported that our files will not work on.
