It looks llike you and Ddouglass have done an excellent job of first round diagnostics and reporting.

This is something our Programmers need to review, so the Support Ticket will be closed as I bring this to Engineering.

It clearly is a Microstudio problem as it should not lock up under any condition. It also appears to be somewhat unique as no one else has reported any problems with Duplicate Disc... so far. Thus, it is also "system" related. This is the hardest type of problem to isolate.

Please remove 3.004 and reinstall 3.003 and verify Duplicate Disc works. If it does, the problem is clearly in 3.004, which is valuable to know in guiding us where to look.

You may want to stay with 3.003 until we find the problem, or ask you to try things for us. We are now working on 3.100, which uses entirely new code for accessing the drives. We'll look at your reported problem and expect to fix it in 3.100 (free upgrade).
