Hi We are having the same problem as Steve Banke talks about. Our email states
Please do NOT reply to this email. It will not be received at MTU.Please save this email for future reference. You can access free upgrades from your personal download link in this email. Without it, you will need to order the product upgrade for $15.AOL users must open "Your Personal Download Link" in Internet Explorer or Netscape browser. The AOL browser has a download accelerator that PREVENTS downloading your software.

The link in this email downloads hoster3110setup.exe (19.9MB size).
