I am not sure what would cause the graphics to do this. Normally this only happens with a bad .kma file, but it would do it on both screens.
As to your monitor showing 2 and the singers display showing as 1, you need to fix this. It is a real pain to do, but can be done, somehow. I ran into this, probably with the same shuttle a while back and I had to have Shuttle's Tech support walk me through fixing it.
You might also try getting the latest NVIDIA drivers from
www.nvidia.com for that Video chip.
