2.613 problem with delayed lyrics

Having Problems with 2.613 Microstudio as well
Plextor drive
Problem: when playing CDG. Music plays the Lyrics are delayed
I have updated ASPI driver Using solution 1 Upgading Drivers XP
Under v2.613 do not find option to select MTU Driver.

Perhaps your sound accellerator is running too hot.

Try this.

Click START, RUN.

In the dialog box typE in DXDIAG, and click OK.

At the top, click the tab marKed SOUND 1.

There's a slider marked STANDARD ACCELLERATION.

Click on the pointer and move it to the left one notch.

Exit program.

Most of the time one notch change is sufficient, but in some cases you may have to try a move of two or even three notches.

The only thing that will cause this is what George stated to do above. I have found that on most systems you must take it down to Basic acceleration and this will then fix this problem.
