Sometimes things are not as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. We're not trying to pass the problem off, but rather diagnose the cause. So far, the facts you have posted, and our testing and others experiences, lead us to the current conclusion it is your computer.

Also, we have never had this long an import time reported, to my humble knowledge. Thus, it is way off in left field as to what the cause may be. It will be very interesting to see the eventual cause.

MTUSUPPORT may have more to say on Tuesday when we are back at work.
