you can drag and drop, just rebuild the database.

I dont know which version you have so this may be a moot post but if you find "merge KMA files" under tools in Hoster you can simply add the new folder that you dragged/dropped and Hoster will renumber any duplicates it comes accross, and then add them to your database - No need to rebuild.

If you do have the merge KMA files command you'll find more concise directions in the manual.

Did you drag and drop a folder or the files out of the folder into the songs location on the 2nd computer? It may be that Hoster doesn't see inside the folder if it isn't listed for rebuild.

You need to upgrade to latest and greatest. Version 3.303 has the capability to "merge" the files and correct the duplication by renumbering the bookids for those that are the same.

Upgrading also adds more disk drives other than Plextor that Hoster can use to import CD's.

As stated by Ddouglas, upgrade to 3.303 and then Put all one set of .kma files in one folder and the other set in another folder. Then Build the Songs database with one of the folders. Now go back and use the Merge KMA files command on the other folder. You should now have all the files merged into one Database.
