I just noticed your location !!!
That would be quite a long distance bill ! It must be set in the bios under the pci settings first before windows will give it an irq other than 00 many times if you can't directly assign an irq to a slot you can set a range of first available irqs. I am not always on line so when can we both be here to step by step walk you through ? Bill
