Exclamation Need help with Song Book!!

All imported songs are not appearing in song book. Imported over 70 songs and only a few appeared. How do I find these files and add them to my song book??? I have tried updating the data base, but still nothing!

you could go into the folder where the songbook is and move it, rename it or delete it then create a new book.

What version of Hoster are you running? In earlier versions, if you changed the destination folder in the Import CD Tracks or Import Hard Drive Files screens, and didn't add it to the Build Songs Database command list box, if you rebuilt the Songs Database it wouldn't find songs in that/those folders.

The current Hoster version automatically adds any new folders to the Build Songs Database list box so they are always added.

The Song Book is built from the Songs Database.

Also, did you import the 70 songs on the same computer, or were some imported on your backup system, then copied over? If this was the case, you probably have duplicate BookID numbers, and only the first will be added to the Songs Database.

Read on the Tools menu Merge KMA Files command if you imported on a second system and copied the KMA files over.
