Hoster Upgrade 3.3 download problem

it should be in your account area click on your 3.301 or 3.300 that you ordered and file should be at the bottom of list my upgrade was the old 3.300 and they fixed it to read 3.301 hope this helps my problem is floopy install craps out near the end and get a windows error my install count maybe wrong saying used on two computers already.
