The new laptop has the internal Philips CDRW/DVD. I have an older MTU laptop that has an Internal Plextor. I am wondering if I should swap the plextor drive to my new laptop. Thoughts or suggestions.

Kelly,

Please answer these questions:

1. Which import method are you using in this case? Are you pressing the "CDG" button on the Hoster playlist screen? Or are you selecting "Import CD Tracks" from the "Import Tracks" menubar?

2. Also, what track number from the disc is causing you problems? Or is this problem caused by importing any track?

3. By "crash", do you mean that Hoster aborts and you get the Windows message asking if you want to report a problem? Or does Hoster lock up, forcing you to use the Task Manager to terminate Hoster?
