Assuming you've already deleted the KMA from your song folder and assuming everything was instsalled in it's default loacation.

From within Hoster go to Tools/Build Songs Database, and make sure the location of your KMA's is displayed in the box, if it is then close that window and exit Hoster. If the location is not displayed then press "select folder" and navigate to the location and press "select"(probably C/program files/micro technology Unlimited/Hoster/Songs. And then click Close and exit Hoster

Now In Windows go to C/program files/Micro Technology Unlimited/Hoster/Databases/Songs.MDB (Windows may or may not show the .MDB extension - it may just show the file type as Microsoft Access Database), and delete "songs".(make sure it is the file called "songs" Not the folder called "songs".

Now start Hoster once again, it will immediately detect that the database is missing and will rebuild it before actually opening the program. As long as ALL the KMA's associated with that root ID were deleted, those root ids will be freed up for re-use.

Hope I typed slow enough
Sam
