Cant reinstall micro studio

I am tryin to reinstall microstudio but keep getting error 7 when i go to register. Below is my original email.

Click the link below to download the microstudio2506setup.exe (2.59MB file size) installation file over the Internet to your computer. If it does not begin the download, copy and paste or type the entire link into your Internet Browser program and press the Enter key.

In the dialog box that appears, select "Save the program to disk". Remember where you save it on your computer (it does not matter, but we recommend a Download\MTU directory on your D or higher hard drive). If the download terminates early, click the link again.

PLEASE NOTE: When installing 2.508 over a prior version will upgrade it to 2.508.
