When you say you cannot get a "clean Copy" does that mean you are getting a copy that is in some way corrupted, or not getting a copy at all, or what. It would be helpful for anyone trying to assist you to know what operating system you are using, how much RAM , type of video card(and how much memory it has), type of burner, which version of Direct-X.

If you are uncertain regarding some of these specs you can get them by clicking on "start", then "run", then type in dxdiag then enter.

Take care,

George
