Importing With Microstudio

Lost My Hard Drive And Of Course Mtu Gave Me New Download. The Problem, I Can Play All Cd+gs With Program But Can Not Import To Hard Drive. I Should Also Say That I Can Duplicate Disc's. When I Try To Import, It Reads Disc, Says Its Exracting, Finishes. When I Try To Play Import I Get Message Not Valid Cdg File. I Have Tried Both Aspi Drivers And No Sucess! Have Called Mtu, Left Message And No Response As Of Yet. I Am Useing A Plextore Usb External Drive. Ricky C.

Ricky,
There is nothing that I am aware of that could cause the program to work correctly under the Duplicate Disc Function, but not the others. Are you sure that you are importing the .cdg files in through Microstudio and not some other program? If you already have files on your system that are mp3+G files they will also have a .cdg file, THAT WILL NOT PLAY in Microstudio.

Is this what you are doing or is there some other problem?

Rcerra,
When you say that you do a Search after Importing, what do you mean? Microstudio does not have any search mechanisms in the program.

A Tech 4 U,
What you must do is click the Down Arrow and Reselect the Plextor drive, BELOW the Drop down List line. Even if it is selected. It needs to reset the setting in the Registry. Once you do this, then you must close Microstudio, then reopen it. It will then work fine.
