You can't just CLICK on the SND (Singer's Name Display) and DRAG it...you have to:

1. Assuming the SND is NOW displaying on your KJ Monitor, place your MOUSE INSIDE the SND window.
2. Click and H O L D your L E F T MOUSE Button CONTINIOUSLY.
3. While HOLDING YOUR L E F T Mouse Button CONTINIOUSLY, DRAG your MOUSE to the RIGHT until it moves to your SINGER'S monitor.
4. R E L E A S E the L E F T Mouse Button.

Now resize the SND so that it displays how you want it to display.
I did exactly as you said and then double click to lock it in. Still no names.

If you want the Singer's Names to appear, you have to turn it on in the TOOLS/Singer Name Display Menu.

Check the BOX next to ENABLE SINGER NAMES WINDOW.

This is very strange...you CANNOT LOCK the SND in PLACE by DOUBLE CLICKING IT.

DOUBLE Clicking has no effect on the SND Window.

The ONLY Window that you "DOUBLE-CLICK" to Lock into place is the SINGER'S Window. So, you must be Moving and Locking the Singer's Window.

The SINGER'S Window is where the Song's WORDS appear. This Window DOES NOT display Singer's Names or Song Titles.

The SND Display is where the SONG Title and Singer's Names Display, which is a completely separate WINDOW than the Singer's Window

Did you read the Manual?

I did enable the singer's window.
I understand that the lyrics window is the singer's display. So I am not to lock the singer's window?

Yes, you can Lock the Singer's Window.

It is the Singer's NAMES that you said you weren't getting. That is a different Window.

You will have TWO Windows open at the same time. Either displaying Side-by-side, Top-to-Botom, Bottom-to-Top, or one at a time.

Jack,
Hoster does work, there's no doubt about that, so it's something you have not got quite right, would you answer these questions for me please.

1. what have you got connected to your computer,
2 moniters connected to your graphics card.
or 1 TV out connection.

Can you see the singer list screen once you drag it across to the right and of you main desktop to your desktop extension screen.

Make sure it is the singers display screen by playing a track, if it shows lyrics it's not the singers name display.

That's right.
