Were the computers on for a long period of time before you two had ran into this error? Also, what operating system are you running on these computers? Which ASPI drivers were you using, the ones that we install with Microstudio 2.314 or the Adaptec Drivers as described at:

This could help us.
I know that Windows 98 SE and ME both like to lock up out of the blue when they have been on for a while. I also know that our installed ASPI driver has a memory leak, that will cause a lock up after about 2 to 3 copies.
