John,
Be sure that what MTUSUPPORT is suggesting isn't the best way to do what you need to do. I just have the ability to use Access to accomplish tasks that would normally take hours/days to manually edit. So naturally I might do it this way. I also don't use Hoster to print my books either.

In short if you manually move all your kma's to one drive, one folder then change the import screen destination path to that drive and folder before you do a Rebuild Database command then you should get the same results. (change the headers in all files(kma's) found in that folder) I'm not absolutely sure of this but believe that to be true.

Help me confirm or deny this someone.

But really, it isn't a bad idea to get into Access a little because it is wonderful for doing mass editing of any large amount of data. But of course you need to actually have Access installed on your computer to work with it. I don't know if Hoster comes with a core version installed inside itself. But even if it does it wouldn't have the the powerful features included anyway.
Now I'm rambling!
