I believe you are supposed to use your original download link to get the upgrade. Try that if it doesn't work then email support.

As S. Parks stated, you must still have your ORIGINAL email with your Download link to get the upgrade Free. This is stated at: http://www.mtu.com/support/info.htm#Upgrades
