That may be true, but the bottom line is that the newest version of Hoster is crashing when I'm importing tracks from a CDG. That's a problem, and the fact that the crash locks up the PC to the point where a hard reboot of the whole system is needed in order to do anything makes it a serious one.

My only problem with zip files now is that all of mine are toast.

It sounds as to me if you might have something wrong with the system that is causing this on yours.

I am testing on an XP Home system, brand new system I just built today. It has all of the Windows Updates and it is working perfect, importing .cdg files from the HD and also Importing CD Tracks from multiple disks.

George, can you give me any other input on trying to make it crash with the .cdg files as I know that you had this problem also. I am unable to make it happen again.

Not much more I can add, Bryan. It did and still does crash the program after one import doing a batch import of cdg from the hard drive. I use option three on the field definations.

George,
Just named 7 files the same names and have not been able to make it crash no matter what with batch either.

Still shooting in the dark.
