My version of this Problem solved!

Mike,
I bought the Aitech item you mentioned; What a cool product! It actually solved another video out problem I had with another computer, and I at first has hailed it as the fix (Saturday night) to my wobbly graphics problem on the afore mentioned plasma screen. I hooked everything up, and the graphics were rock solid. During the course of the night, I decided to try to disconnect another new product I broght in, (at the recomendation of Bevis) for a product that radio shack makes to lift the ground loop hum. I did this after reminding myself of my own montra, " Don't make more than one change at a time when trying something new". I have an intermitant problem with ground loop hum at this bar also, so I thought I'd give it a try. Back to my point, now. When I tried to diconnect the ground loop isolator, the wobbly graphics problem returned! So as cool as the Aitech product is, it wasn't the actual remedy of my problem. It solved the video out problem I had with my Shuttle system so I'm still glad you suggested it. So the moral of the story, if you a battling a gorund loop hum problem, a video out problem at the same time, they may be related. This is the first time I have ever had this problem on my system with any tv in any Bar, and I tried every solution I have ever deployed to fix it. Thanks to the great folks in this forum that take the time to contribute, another KJ host problem bites the dust. Thanks a million to everyone who helps contribute to my solution. The MTU Forum isthe best!

Video problem solved

Hi S. Parks
Glad to hear you were able to solve your video problem. Just goes to show there is always a solution and many different ways to approach a problem. The method that Bob and Flip reccomended to me worked out good for me, you got good advice too. It is great to have this forum where we all can share our experience to the good of others.
I had a similar humm problem and actually found it to be one of my mike's that I mount on the singer stand picking up the tranformer in the singer's TV. When I replaced it with a switchable mike that could be turned off, it is better. It is only for second singer anyway. will probably go to a second mike stand only using the setup for space saving I was in a tight space, the establishment was small. Anyway My motto is Keep It Simple. It just makes it more enjoyable especially for me.
Hope you have the best shows ever
Keep on singing
John

I ordered one of the Aitech units you mentioned. I had mine shiped 2nd day. the website said thank you for your order, but gave no confirmation number. I sweated it out for two days, but my product showed up on time. I got a tracking number from them the day after it got here...it took them that long to answer my e-mail request for a tracking number. On the bright side, the Aitech unit works wonderfully. I hope you get yours soon.

Gentlemen, when you are having problems with another vendor, please make it VERY CLEAR you are taking about THAT VENDOR, and not accusing MTU. There are others who read these Forum Threads who could easily believe MTU is not responding to you. Thanks!

I'm leaving this post visible as it may be of aid to others.
