Re: Dual (TV) Display is same as Laptop HELP!!
Have you tried setting your TV out to extended desktop? Tell us more about your settings.

Have the tv hooked up and turned on. Right click on any blank spot on the desktop. Click properties. Click settings. If there are two monitors showing, click on the one that is not highlighted(usually #2). Click the block next to... extend my windows desktop onto this monitor. Click apply. If that's not there, it may not be a dual DISPLAY(two different screens) card, just offer dual OUTPUT(both the same screen). The website does indicate dual DISPLAY. Re: Dell Computer Duel display won't work
I was thinking this had already been tried.
I have a few systems that I have tested that have the 1 and 2 showing for Dual Monitors, but when you try to set the checkbox to extend the Desktop, it unchecks it and then the CRT monitor, clicks a few times. This is weird, but they are new ATI chips that are built on ASUS motherboards also. I was hoping they would work, but doesn't seem that it will.
