No doubt about it, Mike, but the 5yr. warranty on the inboards sure is attractive even if all other factors were even.

I have been using Firelite self powered USB 60GB drives for my laptop, 1 as a spare. So far, they have been great. It runs cool and doesn't need the extra cable and power supply. I have also supplied several to friends with Ipods to store there mp3's on. So far, so good.
