If you have Hoster 3.006 or earlier downloaded the new version downloads under the 3.108 name and will not overwrite your first download.
Just down load the file and double click to install. It will remove the old Hoster (Leaving your KMA's untouched) and install itself. You will then be able to run the new version. Any old links on you desktop will also still work with the new version. It is normally quite painless. MTU has done a good job on the install process.
