Re: Errors opening product, can't open it.

I've been through all the dll registering and stuff before nothing worked. My drive is not recognized at all. I was told I would have to wait for this next version in order for it to work.

Try a different Username on your system. I had a client who had this same problem, and something is corrupted in her registry, which caused this same problem. She changed to a new Username under XP and it then showed the drives and worked fine.

Give this a try and see what happens.

Any chance the new version is available for me to try? the software still doesn't recognize my drive, new user or old user..

I still have not yet seen a version, for myself to test yet. This was pushed back a little bit, as the Microstudio code was much more difficult to remove the Old, that is tied to the ASPI drivers and replace it with the new.

I am not sure as to when this should be ready for testing.
