I am wondering if the laptop has an open PCM spot, would I be able to add a PCMCIA Video card and use that for my tv out (to run a dual display for Karaoke)? It has a intergraded video card (on the motherboard) but will this work?

This will not work. You need to have a Video card inside the Laptop, that will run the Software. The only video chips that will work are either ATI or Nvidia.
