Sounds like the colors setting on the second monitor.
On your desktop; right mouse click, select properties, select Settings. Click on the monitor # 2. There should be a 1 line drop down box to select Color Quality, select the best avaialable (usually the bottom choice). Wayne

As Wayne stated, this should fix the problem. Also while you are in the Display Settings make sure the Resolution for Monitor #2 is set to 1024x768, this gives the best graphics on the TV, even though TV's don't support this resolution, it looks the best to me.

Thanks for the info, I will try it. I have never had a problem or had to do that. If it works you just saved me money! No I can't send out any rewards haha but I will try to help if you ever have a problem.
