Have not received download instructions

I ordered and paid for MicroStudio on Sept 9. After 3 requests for download instructions I have yet to hear back from MTU. Please reply. Thank you.

I found your download email and sent it again to you. I was originally sent to you on Sept. 9. Check your spam arrestor to insure it is not labeled "junk.

We are working on a new store to allow you to come to our web site and find all your purchased software download links, Registration Codes and Emails to prevent this type of problem.
