LNevada,
You have an Original Code that was for 2.209, so all you need is to type in that number, you don't need to type anything in for your Upgrade number. It is not needed on yours, since it is in the same series as you purchased originally.

Thumbs up

Sorry about (CAP LOCK) but I have arthritus(sp) bad in one hand and it is easier for me, to not have to shift.

After spending a couple hours on the phone with NREEL, we concluded that the master data file was not being read. Either the file was'nt there or the "jet engine" was'nt. The master data file was working on 2.209 and vanished after installing 2.212 upgrade. We reloaded 2.209 and still no master data file. After I got off the phone with Nreel, I completely removed all Hoster software and then installed 2.209 off of my cd and it ran fine, data file and all. I downloaded the upgrade to2.212 and during the the install part of wizard something happened I lost everything. Tried to re-download the 2.212 upgrade and the system won't let me.
So I reinstalled 2.209 and started building my data base.

So if MTU would be kind enough to release the block on my 2.212 upgrade I'll try re-installing it and get things done.

I want to thank everyone for their support and I hope to be able to return the favor ten fold.
P.S. This her "other half" doing the typing.

Hi. Something else is wrong. We have no block on your installing 2.212. I checked your registration and all looks fine.

I was able to locate your download instruction email and sent it to you again.

You may want to wait until Hoster 2.213 is released and try to download it. The file size is ~19MB so you will need either DSL or Cable Internet connection as a dialup modem will never finish downloading it.

Once you download either 2.212 or 2.213, save it on a CDROM so you will have it in case you need to reinstall it again. Also, save the email I sent you on the CDROM also. You can copy/paste the email contents into Notepad and save it as a .txt file on the CDROM.

When you remove Hoster, use the Hoster installation program and select the REMOVE option. If you remove it using Windows Control Panel, it will remove all your Registration Data also, and then you must enter it all back in. Using Hoster to remove a prior version SAVES all your Registration fields and automatically fills them in for you.
