Serial No Match for Registration NEW PROBLEM

Serial No Match for Registration NEW PROBLEM
I read the posts for this problem, last one was to install a network card temporarily until this has a solution for op sy such as ME which I have. I am on a wireless network with a wireless card installed by Roadrunner on a laptop. Now what? I cannot install both! I just bought this software, getting very discouraged here. Thanks!
