Audio glitches during playback

Hey no problem, you've been the most help of anyone so far. The time when the popping sound occurs is very predicatable, you can time it right to the second, between screen transitions. Its not at all a random thing and with various adjustments the severity goes from mild to bad. The pop is not on the original disc, (it does this phenomenon on many different songs, but not at all on others). I'm sure someone else has this problem. The screens where all the lines scroll through without adding any new lines, and then fade out all at once are the ones that will pop almost every time while fading out before the new lines appear. I say almost because every once in a while it doesn't pop, but when it does it's always in the same spots in the music/graphic display.
