Where's My Vogone?

I've been waiting 8 days now for my Vogone II upgrade codes. I bought the upgrade via Credit Card, and I've got a confirmation e-mail to say so. That was on August 1st 2001, so that's 8 days ago. Surely it doesn't take that long to get the codes!

I've already e-mailed 'sales' yesterday, with no response as yet, and I'm waiting to try out the software I've paid for!
