I see that your Video card is an ATI Radeon 7500 All in Wonder. The driver dates on your system for this are showing 2001. They have later drivers than that. Here is the link to the latest version from their site: http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html

Drivers for Windows XP are also located at the Bottom Left of the Home Page. http://www.ati.com Download Latest Catalyst drivers for Windows XP Version 4.6 29 mb.
