the only thing I see that could be a problem is the pagefile size . go to control panel....system....advanced.....performance....settings....advanved.....virtual memory. click custom size, and type in 512 for min, and 512 for max. you will have to pick apply, then close it. and reboot. this may clear the problem. I hope it does. also look at the top of the hoster help and it has a few of the major things to do. try them only if this didnt work.
