You probably have a background program running that is doing this, programs like antiviruses, autoupdates, and many others.

There is a section in the back of the hoster manual that deals with this and explains to you in detail how to turn these services off. Please read this, because it would take me pages to rewrite what is written there as possble causes.

I suggest in the future you post, and read the " HOSTER " forum for these problems. you will recieve quicker answers.
