Just frustrated

I was looking forward to the upgrade from MTU, and thus far (before 2.008) I have been working with a great product. When trying to do something as simple as upgrade, and having it not work, it's like waving candy in front of a baby, and saying "Woops, you can't have that."

Any negative comments are out of pure frustration, and apologies go out to those I may have offended.
