If after you put in your email and password you did not get
An Authorization Succes pop up window Followed by Welcome window with copyright details etc leading to Installation details. Your password and email must be incorrect. What I have found happens when you put in an incorrect password and email is it just goes straight to the Finished screen (Like the one you attached to the message above) But on hunting for the software you find nothing.
