Here is what I do step by step, to help you understand what I am asking. But first let me explain about the music. I start with a song like Jean by Oliver from a music CD. I copy it to my c:\jean it copys as a c:\jean.wav file. I have the lyrics typed in using khp. I then take the song & lyrics and click on import to cdg after I'm done setting the lyrics & song together. Now I'm ready to burn it to a cd by clicking on karaoke cd+g, then add track from hard drive I highlight the song then click open and bingo it's on the list. But the karaoke cd+g button grays out. I try to burn it and the disc won't copy. The drive ejects the cd. I am using the right drive, which is Plextor Plexwriter 48/24/48U. Sorry to cause all this trouble.
