Even More Features...!

I've just been reading the 'Development' page, and I've noticed that the upgrade of KHPro has got ANOTHER new feature that I wasn't aware of....

'The sweep can now change the colour of the lyrics OR the colour of the background behind the lyrics'.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but this means we can make CD+G tracks which are similar to Performance Tracks songs, as far as the 'sweep' is concerned - where the colour of the writing doesn't actually change colour, but a square block of colour sweeps behind the text to indicate when the words should be sung.

This is an excellent feature, I am looking forward to using this!

You read it correctly. You can select to sweep the text letters (changing the text color) or sweep the background where the text color does not change.

Did you notice the offset field?

Yes, another excellent feature. This means I only need to keep one copy of each wave file on my hard drive now, instead of the customary two (one which lags slightly behind the other).

I'm just waiting for the update to be released now!

It's due out today, but in England, I think we're a few hours ahead of MTU in time, so although it's gone half past six in the evening, there's still no sign of the upgrade!

remember that expected is just that expected. Vogone 2 actually came out a day before it was expected so KHP 2 could come a day or so after it is expected and besides if it takes a day or a week to get it right who cares when it comes out.
