i understand about the laptop thing but my point is, there is nothing like an internal hard drive.


i bet you i know the problem with his laptop. he said its a sony, so this means its one of his laptops he used for personal use. i bet it has had so many programs installed and uninstalled.

my suggestion is reformat the hard drive and start fresh. make sure you save your .kma's to your external hard drive.
