Would like to "hack" CD-G lyrics

Hello... I have no experience with Karaoke but I have some experience with programs like CoolEdit and Acid and SoundForge. Anyway, I have gotten the bright idea of getting a karaoke machine with CD-G capability (done), buying some CD-G discs (done) and then ripping them to a hard drive, CHANGING THE LYRICS AS THEY WILL SHOW UP ON THE CD-G PLAYER'S TV, and re-burning the disc for use at a bachelor party. Let's just say the bachelor is going to have some customized song lyrics recounting his life history! Anyway, how is this possible if at all? Thanks Art

Microstudio would import the audio portion to the hard drive.

Karaoke Home Producer would then be used to put any lyrics you wanted (that would sync to the music) and create a new cdg. You would have to re-sweep the lyrics in sync with the music, but it is easy to do with Karaoke Home Producer.

You would then burn to a disc with Microstudio.

Have done this many times for graduations, birthdays, roasts, etc.
