cannot copy single tracks

i am running microstudio v2.315 with windows xp. while trying to make a back up copy of sound choice 8712 in the custom assy mode i get this error message when i try to load it in my hard drive I get "unable to read audio sectors1:0:0 illegal command request (04h ooh o2h o5h 64h ooh)."

I have been searching your forum but i can't find the same problem. i have used upgrade aspi driver for V2.315 (solution one)
i had trouble downloading solution 2 and 3. do i have mulitiple problems? andy
