CHRISTIANTPSP:

#1 is referring to multi-session copy protected discs. There are volumes of discussion covering some "work arounds" in copying this material in the forums. Just search multisession.

#2 is referring to a file that is missing in the opersting system. In the lthtread that's linked below there's a post containing a zipped GDIPLUS file for downloading, unzipping and installing this file. Just scroll down the first page untill you se a post from support containing the GDIPLUS zipped file.

#3 I'd guess is referring to your product registration number which came with the download email, not the serial number of the burner.

Hope this helps.

George

Is your KHP now installed?

I checked the registration records and it appears you have all 4 of your products installed and running. Please post here which ones are not running if you are not running all four.

George is correct. The first problem you list is you are trying to duplicate a multisession protected discs. These cannot be directly duplicated, but individual tracks can be read in and then added to the Custom Assembly Tab song list. The last song will take a bit more work to get. Let us know if you have found how to do the last track or not and we'll help further if you need us.
