have tried other files and yes i have used microstudio and the reason i used is because i'm unhappy because i cant use it.

If Gduns suggestion fails, try downloading and installing again . If that fails also, then we're going to need some information from you such as Operating System, Processor make and speed, Memory.


Also, I'm confused about the following. Do you mean that the files you are trying to use were imported with Microstudio, or that you've used Microstudio in the past, or that Microstudio isn't working either?
