Question Open Manuals

I AM UNABLE TO OPEN ANY OF THE MANUALS IN HELP OF THE MTU PROGRAMS I RECENTLY PURCHASED. WHEN I CLICK ON MANUAL WINDOWS MEDIA OPENS AND SAYS IT DOSN'T RECONISE FORMAT. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? OPERATING IS XP PRO

The Manual should open up in Internet Explorer. It is an Html file. They do That so they can give a real world puctures of the pages.
If you dont have the internet explorer installed that could be the problem.

While we determine the cause of your problems, try this since you are running Xp:

X:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited Where X determine your installation drive. Then simply click on the programs your want the manual for. The namual will be there, click on it and Bingo!
