UPDATE 2.400 ???

Don't understand how you just came by 2.400 as an upgrade.

Microstudio 2.400 quit shipping on 8/5/03 when it was replaced by 2.506.

Currently shipping 2.517.

Suggest you purchase 2.517. This may solve your problem.

Hope this helps.

George

Thousands of users can't be wrong...

Edholl, the fact that you imply you have a problem upgrading any software, not just MTU's, strongly implies there is something wrong with your Windows installation.

I don't think you will find another post in our Forums out of the more than 20,000 that expresses this problem. Our Uninstall program for 2.315 should work for you... it does for thousands of others.

If I am wrong, and you are confident that your Windows is installed correctly and upgraded with Microsoft's many upgrades, then please post that fact back here and we'll start diagnosing your problem in a different direction.

Before you buy

You yourself imply you will have problems with any program. So... before you buy something else that you may have a problem with, download our Microstudio 2.508 demo. It is not the latest, but it will give you an idea on our current product. If you have a problem expect to have problems with competing products also.

Does the competitor have an open Public Forum where anyone can come and read the good and the bad about their products? No? Do you wonder why?

Do you appreciate the fact that MTU DOES offer a Public forum so you can see we are real... some customers have some problems, but tens of thousands have no problems... and we work with everyone to solve their problems? What kind of support will you get elsewhere? You can read what competitors do (or rather don't do) right here in our Forums.

If not, I wish you wisdom in your decision process.
